Overview of the Hoover Dam Marathon
The Hoover Dam Marathon is celebrated for its visually stunning course and is often described as a “must-do” marathon. It offers participants a unique running experience with breathtaking views and a chance to explore some of the most iconic landmarks in the area.
Race Route
The Hoover Dam Marathon features an undulating course on paved and packed dirt trails, providing a vehicle-free running environment. The race starts and finishes at Lake Mead’s Boulder Beach. Along the route, runners will experience stunning scenery, including the Mojave Desert and the Historic Railroad Tunnel Trail, and enjoy breathtaking sights such as the Hoover Dam and the Bypass Bridge.
